The successful applicant will be responsible for a squad currently of around 20 people from S4 to Elite level for 4 weekend outings on the water during the winter, setting up and occasional monitoring of land training and increased outings in the summer. The coach will report directly to the club captain. Wallingford RC were winners of the Club Fours event at Women's Henley in 1999. Pay is negotiable dependant on experience.

Wallingford Rowing Club has been employing professional coaches since 1994 and since 1997 has employed 2 coaches for both senior squads.
