Boating and Parking for Heads

Boating:

  • Boating is normally provided from the car park on the Crowmarsh side of the Thames Bridge.
  • Space is very limited, so boat trailers and cars with sculls only please.
  • When approaching from Crowmarsh proceed straight ahead at the small roundabout, and then turn right at the traffic lights on the bridge.

Visitor Parking:

  • By all means use the public car parks in the town, but these fill up quickly, especially on Saturdays.
  • We try to make arrangements with the South Oxford District Council to use their car parks in Crowmarsh.
  • Check your entry confirmation, and if the SODC car park is available, please use it.

SODC:

  • When in Crowmarsh, there is a small roundabout before you reach the Thames bridge. Turn right here, and the SODC offices are about 200 metres on the left hand side.
